Payment is conducted through an invoice. Materials are paid in advance in case the customer withdraws the order during the manufacturing process. This sum is non refundable. These terms are accepted if the material fee is paid.
Free shipping for all orders within Finland. Global shipping is calculated during the order.
Since all products are completed to order the delivery time is tied to the job queue. You can inquire the current queue through the contact methods.
All order are insured in case of a manufacturing error. The warranty does not include damage from improper treatment or deteriorating from wear.
One size adjustment is included for free. The return postage fee is also included in the price to all order within Finland. Global delivery fee is calculated separately. Since all products are custom made to order full refunds are not possible.
Only the information seen in the invoice and receipt are kept for accounting purposes.
